According to the Word of Mouth Marketing Association, the definition of Word of mouth marketing is "Giving people a reason to talk about your products and services, and making it easier for that conversation to take place. It is the art and science of building active, mutually beneficial consumer-to-consumer and consumer-to-marketer communications."

As one of the Founding Board of Directors for WOMMA, our Chief Evangelism Officer Jamie was a pioneer in shaping both the art and science that formed this industry. In fact, we use that construct to define our offerings in this area.
